SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to provide flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order no matter the quantity or size of the order. All items are shipped using USPS within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1-3 days after your order is placed and confirmed and ship within 1-3 business days after that. First class mail takes 1-5 business day, Priority mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive AFTER they have shipped. Please note that these are approximate time frames and shipping times are much slower during the holidays. Once the item ships, is dropped off and in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for any delays that may occur. I am not responsible for any lost packages.
If your order has not been delivered please contact me and include the name on the order and order number. I will do my best to help locate your package but I am not responsible for any lost packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me so I can try and make it right - I want you to be happy with your items and am more than happy to talk it over with you. Please keep in mind most items are Made to Order and handmade sizing, colors, and other factors may slightly differ from the images. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. If an item is damaged in shipping please take a photo and submit a contact form.
