  • I just placed my order - when will I receive it?
    Creation times vary heavily depending on the item. If an item is in stock, we aim to ship the items our within 24 hours. If you are purchasing a 'Made to Order' item and you need it prior to a certain date (ex. Holidays) please let us know PRIOR to shipping so that we can verify that we can meet your request for that particular item. Otherwise, most Made to Order items are completed within 2-4 weeks. Please see "shipping" FAQ for shipping information.
  • How long does shipping take for an order?
    We are happy to provide flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order no matter the quantity or size of the order. All items are shipped using USPS within the United States. ​ Orders are processed within 1-3 days after your order is placed and confirmed and ship within 1-3 business days after that. First class mail takes 1-5 business day, Priority mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive AFTER they have shipped. Please note that these are approximate time frames and shipping times are much slower during the holidays. Once the item ships, is dropped off and in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for any delays that may occur. I am not responsible for any lost packages. ​ If your order has not been delivered please contact me and include the name on the order and order number. I will do my best to help locate your package but I am not responsible for any lost packages.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. Unfortunately I only sell items within the United States at this time through the website. If you are interested in International Shipping please visit our Etsy shop:
  • My order was returned to sender. Can you send it back to me?
    If a package is returned to me through the USPS and a reshipment is requested, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again. An invoice for the new shipping fee will be emailed to you and MUST be paid before a product can be re-shipped. Returned items without invoice payment for re-shipping while be held for 30 days after sending the invoice. Once 30 days have lapsed the order will be canceled. No refund will be provided.
  • I placed more than one order, can you combine my orders and shipping?
    Yes! As long as the shipping address is the same I can combine your items into one box and will refund the additional shipping costs so you are only charged once for shipping.
  • What yarn do you use?
    I use a wide variety of brands and colors depending on availability and style of item. Below are a list of the most common: Michaels Loops & Threads Impeccable Red Heart Soft Caron Simply Soft Bernat Blanket
  • What kind of filler do you use?
    In most cases I use a traditional 100% Polyester fiber fill. More often than not it is a Fairfield The Original Poly-Fil.
  • Can I get an allergy-free item?
    We do use a mixture of synthetic, polyester and acrylic yarns as well as polyester filling. If you require a natural fiber please contact us prior to placing an order to see if we can accommodate.
  • How can I clean my plushie?
    We recommend spot wash only with a damp rag. Handmade dolls could warp, rip, unravel and get damaged in a trip through either a washing machine or a dryer. Please be gentle. In addition, please do NOT try to trim or otherwise alter your doll in anyway, you can cause irreversible damage that may lead to an unraveling. Once you receive your item, we are not responsible for any damage or trauma that may occur while it is in your possession so take care!
